Benjamin Zalud

Benjamin Zalud studied Jazz-Doublebass at the „Konservatorium der Stadt Wien Privatuniversität“ in the class of Prof. Harald Putz. He teaches bass and drums at the „Yamaha Musicschool Vienna“. Benjamin first started playing drums at the age of 4. Two years later he added the Electric-Bass and finally the Doulbe-bass at the age of 14. Since his 9th Birthday he played in many bands and orchestras from Rock – Jazz; (like the Lower-Austria-Youth-Jazz-Orchestra) – Pop (Markus Hackl) – Rock/Crossover (Bloodshed Remains/DEEM). Benjamin also joined the military music orchestra on the drums and is conductor and part of the Musicorchestra Säusenstein. Benjamin did a lot of studio recordings with his bands playing drums, bass or guitar.
